I've printed and flown both the mizmo and the manta from Geode, they both rip and are actually pretty durable for 3d prints. They require some pretty good lift to fly well(at least on my slope).
I love 3d printed stuff to practice ds laps. When they eventually hit the ground and explode you can just laugh and print another.
I've really been enjoying the pilatus b4 from rc3dmarket.com also. It has a 2300mm wingspan and is super fun to fly. Being a noob I was always trying to throw the smaller stuff in lightish wind with mixed results, but when I started flying the pilatus I was amazed that it flew way better while being way heavier. Im guessing the bigger wings and wing type are the reason?
Anyway, really interested in this nylon filament your messing with. Sounds awesome!
