Yes, I, too, have designed aerobatic slope models, Stephane... and I think your approach is quite unique.
All lost Stephane - the moulds were stolen.Oh, you are this Doc, Doc!
I have seen your designs and many related videos on the web, obviously! Very cool, very dynamic, finely designed! Congrats!
I have also red some articles from you, about airfoils for aerobatics if I remember well.
Great achievements!
Actually, I'm working with a UK company to make a small (1.2M) all-balsa VTPR model, among other things.Ow, unbelievable... Sorry for that Doc, I can't imagine what you've felt.
The knowledge remains.
What about the Gremlin @Doc J ?Actually, I'm working with a UK company to make a small (1.2M) all-balsa VTPR model, among other things.
It's fun to work in Balsa!
Also, I saw the new French "Karei" models. The fuselage looks very familiar (!) but based on a quick analysis, I don't think the roll rate will be enough for snappy aerobatics—just my opinion.
Cheers, and keep up the good work!
Doc - yes THAT Doc![]()
