Here is a link to some video.
Functions include independent turret control and or director control with turret following. Smoke with variable output, both funnels, Torpedo control, Operating anchor winch on STBD side, Both radars function independently, multiple lighting circuits, multiple sound circuits including General Quarters call and alarm, sonar, horns, gun firing, And whatever else I can figure out and fit into her.

I know that my photos show 2 X8R receivers, but that is deceptive. I have switched radios and receivers and the installation has been updated to ETHOS and a Tandem XE and a Tandem 16 ch receiver. otherwise it is pretty much unchanged.

This ship is such a beauty !
Forgive my ignorance , is it meant to be operated on the water ?

This is a kit hack at this point, but maybe in the future we will offer a refined kit for this? LOL - We can call it the Mini Kaite 2. LOL

Big wind in the desert today!View attachment 19878
Red didnt mention that this one was in the desert...the Neptunian Desert!

Thats a wind speed of 64,502.33884116 Mph or 94,603.43030037 feet per second. Possibly a bit breezy.

Wiki: Neptune has the strongest winds in the Solar System. Winds whip clouds of frozen methane across the planet at speeds of more than 1,200 miles per hour (2,000 kilometers per hour). This is close to the top speed of a U.S. Navy F/A-18 Hornet fighter jet!

Anyway I hope they took good look at the Note at the bottom.

Doc.

I couldnt leave well enough alone and had to make the Twister 2 my own. Wasnt satisfied with using tape to hold the hatch on so I designed and printed a magnetic latch system for it.

It has two 3d printed parts for the front and I am still working on an idea for the rear. Thinking just a latch piece on the canopy that slides under the fuse but we'll see.

The two parts slide together and have small magnets that hold it securely. It also goes under the fuselage to act as a mechanical latch to keep the canopy from just lifting off. It must slide back a bit before it can come up and off.

I even had matching purple fillament! 😁

EDIT: Sorry for the GIANT pictures... Still figuring this system out. Lol
