Another build night at Aloft.. Planes for Sunset:

This first one is going to be named "Shipping Damage" as it was folded in half many years ago. Putting on some sealant to the wood.

Rafael building up his Mini Wanderer:

Jarron has completed the big Vampire. Here he is setting up the programming.

Got my little green thing done too. Hopefully I can find the CG.

We got some building in today and some flying. My super fast prototype plank refuses to fly. Chasing the CG and setup, does not help that it is just pink foam.

Sanding on Rafael's "Shipping Damage" between coats of WBPU.

It's looking pretty nice.. I'm a little lazy, so not going after some runs.. It is a folded plane with large scars after all. Should fly great.

I'll also post some picks of the AH-100 in its build thread.

Rafael has a mini Wanderer with 2 different wings nearing completion. Jaron has a host of planes he has been working on. Lots going on.

Finally got the electrical issues on my mega pug figured out. So with that done I started just finalizing everything making sure everything was working right and I realized I don't know if I ever shared the geometry on this pitcheron, how I have the servos in place and connected to the wing and how much throw I'm getting. And the little locking stop things I'm using to actually keep the wings on and not fall off.

And here's a shot that shows the original size and the mega size

Well, almost a year and a half into this build and the lake has thawed, and Juneau is almost ready to sea trial. Detail is lacking but that is OK because stability test must come first.
BYW, I love ETHOS and my Tanden XE!
