XSR-SIM and Phoenix Sim

I just got a FrSky XSR- SIM for use with PhoenixRC simulator ver 5.5. I have paired my Horus X10 with the wireless usb dongle and have a solid green light but Phoenix sim does not recognize the TX (Horus X10). Could somebody please point me in the right direction? Thanks.

Do you see it in the joystick windows control panel and is it operating correctly there?

I see it in 'installed game controllers' 'Status' OK.
