X9 Lite/X-Lite telemetry output via USB or Bluetooth

I currently have two "Lite" transmitters, an X9 Lite and an original X-Lite.
I would like to build my own version of an antenna tracking system. I plan on building the system around GPS coordinates of a plane, via telemetry data, and the coordinates of a ground station.
To get the data from the plane, I just need to route the telemetry from the plane out of my transmitter. So, using OTX 2.3.9 (currently), how do I configure the transmitter to do so, and what options are available for transport? USB, Bluetooth or something else?

Ok - as I recall there is a way to connect to a smart phone and get the data. Maybe an Ipad also. May have to google that some. If you get really stuck, I can reach out to a local pilot that was doing some development with google maps using the GPS data. It was ipad based.

Another option is to get the data from the Smart Port on the transmitter.

I am no expert on this area, but this is possible.

If I can mirror the data out the Smart Port, I can likely take it from there. So, any clue how to mirror the telemetry out the Smart Port on an X-Lite and/or X9 Lite? Both are running OTX 2.3.9.

hold down menu to get to radio settings.
go to hardware page
"SP Power" set to ON.

now your S.Port on the bottom of your radio should be active. You'll need to invert the signal.

now, i personally have not gotten this to work, but, this would be your method.

Thanks P.I.Engineer, that was the info I needed. Now I just need to figure out which of my 5 projects I want to work on first. ;)

Interesting fact, when searching Goggle for "FrSky X9 Lite Telemetry Mirror", this is the top thread that is found.
Unfortunately, as deep as I can dive into the X9 Lite menus, I have found no way to mirror the Telemetry out the S.Port.
I can switch the power to the S.Port between AUTO/ON exactly as @P.I.Engineer said, but I can not route the Telemetry out. So, it looks like the X9 Lite is a really nice transmitter, but not quite as "nice" as I need. Maybe it is time for this one to find a new home while I find a better replacement for it

I think we only have telemetry mirror on radios that have extra serial ports (to mirror what's on the S-Port), but not the other way to mirror other things out to the S-Port.
