does the x4r have a custom procedure for binding to the x10s. i have several gliders with the x4r receivers that all work well with my taranis x9d tx but i can't get them to bind to the horus. (the d4r-ll binds fine though and telemetry recognizes 3 signal rssi, a1 and a2 but no light on the vario.)
the binding goes solid red and green but all my tx are running nonEU firmware and i flashed the firmware on the x4r to latest and it had no effect.
any help would be great.
SOLUTION: FrSky likes to make it more confusing than necessary or was that EU regulations? had to flash x4r with old EU cppm firmware on Taranis, then old nonEU cppm on Taranis, then flash to latest firmware 170322 from the new Horus. i doubt the radios themselves were the problem but when i tried using the new Horus to do the same procedure it did not work, (learning curve asymptote.)
