X20S v 1.4.4 EU and XJT external module not able to bind to D8 spi

I have to Tinyhawk quads One 2 and one 3 that It seems I'm not able to bind to my x20s in D8 spi mode.

I have tryed a lot now searcing som help from other that might have overcome this issue

Tryed with both 1.0.1 firmware on XJT and 2.1.0
Tryed holding BInd bottom tryed it thru Betaflight bind_rx always get a solid Blu and a blinking red and then mothing happens
Tryed FCC 1.4.4 on X20S and also 2.1.0 FCC on XJT

I also have a Qx7s with irx4 multi with D8 chosen on that I can bind the Quads and I had the Tinyhawk 2 binded to the x20s until I tryed Binding it to the QX7s now neather the Tinyhawk 2 or 3 seems to bind to my X20S

Anyone who knows why do I need to go back in Ethos version to be able to bind them or?

Hmm, have not tried to use D8 with Ethos - You should be able to tell the radio that you have the XJT in the back, and then use the normal bind menu in the radio. Does the radio seem to be working for this part of the process?

Having the same issue with my x20s and the xjt lite module not binding. Very interested in an answer

I understood the D8 protocols are not supported when using the ISRM RF internal module.

D8 does not support lbt which is required in Europe. I would guess it's a firmware thing. You could go with a multi module I suppose...

I just installed a iRangeX on my X20S and am liking it so far. I have several of the XMR receivers that won't head to the newer protocol. I guess I could update them to the UNI thing, but that would require more effort than I want to put into it. Anyway, I was able to bind right up one I have in my micro gentle lady.
