X20 Throttle only showing 0 to +100 instead of -100 to+100

I've been setting up a Crescendo that I ripped the 'other' radios out of and was successfully setting up an SR6. I had it all working as expected including gain control, 2 channel ailerons, throttle cut switches, switch for SR6 modes, and custom audio for the SR6 modes. Everything was working great.
I buttoned up the wiring and the throttle announced 'throttle not idle' at startup. I looked at the mixer for the throttle and it only went from 0 to +100.
I went into the Hardware Check menu and the throttle would not go below mid-point. All of the other controls, switches and pots were ok.
I tried moving the throttle to output 6 and only succeeded in getting the motor to run unexpectantly. (no prop on lol) ) .
Went to try the ailerons, elevator and rudder and they were all non-op physically on the plane, but they did show correctly in the mixer and output screens on the transmitter.
I then created a completely fresh model (not cloned) and experienced all of the same issues.
All of the radios and the transmitter firmware is up to date per Ethos Suite.
I'm at a loss on what to try next. I couldn't find anything similar in the forum or online.
Because the file is small I attached a backup of my models and system. Not sure they would be of any help. 'con went dead.bin' was my original Conscendo/SR6 and 'con sr6.bin' was my second attempt.

As usual, any help would be appreciated.

Did you go into sxr setup and run the self check ? When the rx starts blinking you need to move your gimbals to their extremes .
Ummm.... I did the self-check but didn't move the controls... Missed that step.
I re-connected everything and re-did the self-check. Moved all the controls.
Thank you ... Some progress ... My controls are all back except the throttle is still only
allowing 0 to +100 instead of -100 to +100
I am still stuck with my original issue.
Do you think this might be a broken potentiometer for lower half of the throttle ?
I'm guessing that those can be replaced.
Anybody at Aloft, can you add anything?

Thank you antlerhanger.
I had a side conversation with Wayne and he thought that there was a custom curve involved (nope).
I then saw your post regarding the recalibrate this morning. Tried it and it solved the issue.
I'm not sure how I got to that position, but I am happy it is behind me.
This nugget of experience will be stored for debugging in the future.
Thanks again.
