X20 1.0.19 to 1.4.4 jump in Firmware

Hi,

Just got an X20 and see great resources for updating firmware. One thing I have not seen yet is if these radios need you to "step up" in firmware.
1)Are there any updates between 1.0.19 and 1.4.4 I need to do first before getting to the most recent?

So far I have identified the following that I need to pull from GitHub 1.4.4 assets:
audio-en.zip
X20-FCC.zip

2)There are no X20 or tandem SD or Flash files in the 1.4.4 updates so does that mean I have to go back to the last previous update that included those? I am confused because I heard I need to use the "tandem" SD and Flash files. But the tandem files are all the way back at 1.1.1 see below. Which of these do I need?
1.1.1 has the Tandem_SD.zip and Tandem_FLASH.zip
1.4.0 has X20_SD.zip and X20_FLASH.zip

Are there any other files of importance going from 1.0.19 to 1.4.4? I see some updates have things called "Ethos suite setup" or "X20 bootloader". I have not seen yet that I need to update those.

Before you update your radio copy the models folder from the SD card as a backup to your PC just in case the update process does not go well. At least you will be able to restore any models you have setup on your radio so far.

Thank you all. I got a backup completed and I was able to get firmware 1.4.4 and bootloader updated. One issue I was having was when the transmitter would flash between "bootloader" and "USB plugged" screens repeatedly when plugged into the iMac. When this happened the x20 SD and flash drives wouldn't show up on my iMac. I think things were resolved when downloading the Ethos Suite 1.4.4 on iMac (which it sure didn't like since I didnt get it from the "approve Apple App store"). That Ethos Suite app was a great improvement in this whole process. It caught a few other updates I had missed looking through the version histories on GitHub.

Sweet! I was going to say they have done a very good job of explaining the process and even suggesting you back up models prior to doing any updates. It is well thought out.
