X10S with ISRM Mod installing Ethos

Pulling my hair out on this one.

I have a new X10S (not express) that I put the RF upgrade board for Access into. Running OpenTx 2.3.15. ISMR Firmware 2.1.10FCC.

I can't seem to find the bootloader file to install to allow me to do this.
