X10S ACCESS Upgrade module installation process question

Hi guys.
After reading a lot about installing ACCESS module, I'm still confused.
What is a correct way of installing software after installing module in to Horus X10s?
Currently, I'm on OTX 2.3.15, and I don't have a plan to move to ETHOS at the moment.
Is this correct way:
1. Install FIRMWARE-ISRM RF Module ISRM v2.1.10 for ACCESS Upgrade Module Kit (X10 & X10S & X12S)
2. Install OTX 2.3.15 with internalaccess option via Companion
If this correct way, after update should I bind again all receivers? I also have UNI Firmware installed on few X8R,RX8R PRO and Sx8R
Third question:
All my non UNI receivers are flashed with FCC Firmware, but I get EU Internal ACCESS module.
If I switch from EU to FCC with LUA Script will my FCC receivers still work without flashing to EU firmware?

If you switch your ISRM module from EU to FCC mode, it should not require reflashing the receivers to EU firmware. You should rebind though, as replacing the XJT module with an ISRM module changes the binding-code. If you're in Europe I would reflash the receivers and use EU LBT firmware and not change the ISRM mode to FCC, just to prevent regulatory issues in the future.
Also, remember that replacing the XJT module with an ISRM module causes D8 to no longer be supported unless you use an external XJT/MPM module.

I don't have D8 receivers, so I'm not concern with that.
What about my 2 questions about flashing :)
 
Thinking about it, I would first install OpenTX with internalaccess support. Then install the ISRM upgrade module, test if it works (UNI receiver is handy to use for this), change from EU to FCC, test again and then flash new ISRM firmware.

And last question. I read somewhere that after switching to the new ISRM module, some people had reduced value for range check with ACCSST.

From the FrSky website:
* The suggested ACCESS RSSI is 32 for Critical Alarm and 35 for Low Alarm.

So, the RSSI-levels for a model with ACCESS receivers is lower than for ACCST receivers. If you don't change it you will just get a warning sooner than needed, which may cause unneeded anxiety. 😉
