Which receiver can I use with the X9D+ in order to have video transmission in 2.4GHz.

Hello all,
I have a question for you... I would like to use a 2.4GHz VTX (due to regulations in my country that prohibits the 5.8GHz). I am using the Taranis X9D+ SE 2019 TX.
Currently, I have the FuriousFPV FCC VTX.
The question is, assuming I will use a regular internal module RX by FrSky, can it be sync and not having conflicts when using a 2.4GHz VTX? Otherwise, Which receiver can I use in my case? The R9 is prohibited in my country as well. I don't mind using a different VTX as long as it will work well.
Thanks

Israel bans those 2 frequencies? Guess they are trying to keep the hobby drones from being weaponized?

Sorry, I do not know of a solution for you. My limited understanding of 2.4 video systems is they knock out everything else. They are not used much if attacks all around here.

@Nigel - Any ideas?

You could do it, but I'd not recommend it. If you can shift your VTX frequency as high as you can go, you will hopefully leave the lower 2.4 band somewhat free for your radio to shift to. You could also use a more advanced 2.4 system like IRC Ghost to maximize your range, or check and see if 433 is available, if so you can use DragonLink.

Otherwise, make sure you have LQ from your 2.4 link up on your OSD and RTH dialed in - you will be breaking the golden rule of never have a stronger video feed than control link. Poor video you can live with, no control link usually not.

I honestly appreciate your reply.
In Israel, many frequencies are banned, and for those which are allowed, they restrict its power - so not much for long-distance... :(

The VTX I want to use is the "FuriousFPV FCC VTX Long Range 2.4G", not sure how IRC Ghost can help me here, since it is not a combined control+VTX, so I will appreciate it if you can please explain to me what you meant.
For example, the T10 by Skydroid is providing control and VTX at 2,4GHz, however, I am not interested in this limited solution.
Another question, what is LQ which you mentioned?
Regarding the OSD I am using the new one by Holybro.

Ghost will hopefully provide better range performance (with tech like LORA), meaning you can make use of the range 2.4Ghz video will give you, that's pretty much it. You can see up to 800% better range going from the older transmission packets to LORA, so definitely something to look consider if you want to go any significant range.

LQ would just be Link Quality, which is the effectively how much of a packet of information is successfully/"cleanly" received, ie how much of the transmitted data is usable. This is the most important metric to measure while pushing RF range. You may be able to do a work-around hack to get FrSky or another plain 2.4 system's LQ on your OSD (most of them do not have LQ measured/out puttable), Ghost will be much easier to do so with.

I don't believe you will find any reputable system that has control and video on the same frequency, by nature this is not ideal at all, and would only really happen if you were forced to (as is your case).

You may want to look at any other available frequencies, as it is VERY far from ideal to run both VTX and control link on the same frequency.

Thank you very much for the explanation. Regarding IRC Ghost, so far, I don't need to fly long distances (at least not yet ;))

I've got about a dozen flying hours on a Ghost-equiped 2m glider. My results suggest that Ghost provides better immunity to RF noise than ACCST and ACCESS. That benefit is probably of limited interest to most LOS flyers but for someone like me who sometimes flies in urban locations, it's a big deal.

Isn't the DJI radio/FPV system all on 2.4? Sorry, I honestly do not follow the DJI stuff much..
