What OpenTX version on X9E?

Hey all-
I have an X9E that I have not updated since OpenTX v2.1.
What are most folks running now on their X9E radios?
Anyone doing EdgeTX? Seems like it might be the way to go.

I personally have not played with or looked too closely at Edge, perhaps someone else can shed some light?

Edge is basically a continuation of OpenTX. Same base code with a new developer team. Should be good, but keep in mind the new team is not as focused on FrSky products, especially something rare like the X9E. With this said, the X9E is not all that different than the Taranis X9D, so should be good. Give it a try and see what you think, you can always jump back to OpenTX if needed.

Thanks Wayne. My radio has been on the shelf for a while. This might be a good time for me to learn something new (EdgeTX) rather than try to refamiliarize myself with OpenTX.
If anyone is aware of any brick walls regarding the X9E running EdgeTX, please chime in. Thanks.
