What? no candy!

Jusr received an order, opened the box and was very diasappointed that there was no piece of candy inside!.. I often place orders just for the candy so this was pretty upsetting.. Has the candy policy been changed or cancelled? It was order # AH-45801

Will get in more candy next week - Sorry! (Yes, mouse did get a couple of bags of candy a while back, but that has been sorted!)

We ran out of stickers for a bit, but then the guys found some overstock. :)
 
I excitedly opened my package from Aloft telling the wife "I've got candy!" Opened the box, no candy and no sticker. The worst part of that was her laughing at me
 
I would hope this situation will be remedied immediately. I also would like to be made whole on my purchase. If Aloft continues to give candy and stickers to SOME people but not others I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. The embarrassment after bragging about getting candy only to be skunked is just too much to bear. This is a travesty of good business practice. I will no longer direct business to aloft with the promise of candy with every order until the situation is rectified. No more "get all your RC stuff from aloft, they give you CANDY with every order!" oh and they know their products really good too

I am probably the one to blame here. You see, once in a while I bring my kids to work with me, I am pretty sure they raid the candy box heavily!
I totally understand the embarrassment of having the wife laugh at you. I will try to make sure that there is extra candy in there for you in the future!

For the up to the date reporting on this fast moving topic!

We have been assured by our global candy supplier that we will have our new stocks in on Wednesday.

We are also able to confirm that the wild rumor of some orders getting candy and others not getting candy is not accurate. The reporting on this matter was not correct as the order that claimed to have candy was actually shipped prior to candy supplies rand out.

Aloft can confirm that occasionally an order might go out without candy purely by mistake, but also sometimes more than one candy per order will occasionally be included when it is clear that the order is for a group of pilots. And if you are super lucky you might get a SUPER rare Aloft Eagle Fridge Magnet that staffers randomly include with orders when they remember we have them. (Made from scrap wood here at Aloft.) Even though we have passed out a fair amount of these for several months no one has commented on them.

I want the fridge magnet. I think a fridge magnet would be just compensation for the shame and embarrasement I've been subjected to.
 
Ya know, I was gong to buy a different radio but was told Aloft gives CANDY with their orders so I bought a Frsky X20 here instead. I did indeed get candy with the X20 and then on a few subsequent orders. Now I'm just buying RX's and feel like I've been relegated to second class citizen because there's no candy with my relatively small orders. I think the "we ran out" excuse is kind of weak, almost as bad as "mice got to the candy" excuse. I think the REAL reason is that I'm not buying enough stuff. There's a secret threshold for receiving or NOT receiving candy "hey, this guy ordered just one GR8 rx, don't give him any candy"
