Hey Jonathan, good to see you here. If you all get a chance to fly with Twyl, he is one of the pilots I really enjoy watching. I could give him an old pizza box with some servos hot glued to it and he would make it look great in the air. He has a very smooth flying style.

I’d like to learn if you hope or expect this forum site to be used to address issues with your core business, Aloft Hobbies. Or should we stick to the contact page of the sales site.
BTW: I’m real happy with the sale service from Aloft Hobbies. I placed an order mid-day yesterday and found a package from Aloft Hobbies on my door before noon! This service is almost as fast as if I had gone to your brick and mortar shop and pick up the order myself. And it sure was cheaper that paying the bridge tolls!

If people want to address issues about Aloft Hobbies on the forum, that is OK. If they would like to keep it on the down low, then the contact page is the way to go. If we do screw up something, I'm sure we will hear about it on the forum. We make mistakes everyday, and do our best to learn from them.

As you don't seem to have a strong opinion on the subject, I as a member of the forum would like to see the minutia of problems with orders not dealt with here. Now if there are systemic issues with products I'd like to learn about them and their solutions.

G'day from another Aussie. Of the times I've purchased products from Aloft, every thing went without a hitch and the gear is great quality. Scott answered questions about Frsky issues I had and solved them, I'd be hard pressed to find issue with Aloft, well, maybe if the Taranis tee shirts could come in a light grey instead of black I would not over heat in summer here in OZ.
