Very very slow-flyer (scratch-build)

Someone posted about wanting an indoor model or very slow flyer. I saw this and thought it might be of interest.

I believe the designer makes all the 3d printed part designs available, and the regular building supplies you can get from Aloft.

Can probably scale it down if you wanted something smaller. I had the ultimate micro version of this, the Plantraco Carbon Butterfly, perhaps 15 years ago. Got hundreds of flights on it before it deteriorated. It only had rudder and throttle but it was amazingly agile and with practice you could really get it to perform beautifully.

looks cool thank you.

also, whenever I see this guy:

100%!

I laughed at a comment he made in one of his videos. It was something like "Three-views were inadequate, and no plans exist, so I'm left designing every single part by myself, from scratch". He wasn't even complaining - just stating the facts as buckled down to do the work (and camera cut to showing him spending hours and hours in CAD, designing a huge array of parts).

This model, though, might be his absolute simplest, and closest to an 'actual' DIY project attainable by ordinary mortals.
