Using a Tandem X20 with a RX6R receiver with "access" firmware (V2.1.7) during power up servo's move to max (right) before centering

Using a Tandem X20 (Release 1.0.10) with a RX6R receiver with "access" firmware (V2.1.7), when powering the receiver the servo's horns rotate to max right and then return to center.
When flashing the RX6R to ACCST D16 the receiver and servo's act normally and just center when powered up.
I had no problems with registering and binding using ACCESS firmware or Binding using the ACCST firmware.

Anyone any ideas ?

Thinking that the PWM output might be coming up faster with the ACCST firmware and the servo is on before pwm output?

With Frsky receivers the analog servos will jump on power up. Pretty sure this is common on all FrSky receivers as well as other brands. Not sure if all brands do this, but recall my old Futaba gear did the same.

This is common with most analog servos and nothing to do with X20 radio.

Just got my X20 and am trying to bind to XR6R with ACCESS, but it will not bind nor will Register.

What version of firmware is on the XR6R for ACCESS it needs ACCESS v2.1.7 and for ACCST it needs ACCST v2.1.0 . Also most of the X20 transmitters are arriving with older version of OS firmware. Mine came with V1.0.07. The newest version is V1.0.11 and has many new improvements.

The binding process is different for ACCESS and ACCST.

If he bought the X20 from us it will have current firmwares unless he bought it a while back.

I'd double check the firmware on the receiver, it is pretty easy process.

(Trying to get FrSky to put version stickers on the receivers. They said yes a while back, but then they never did it. They are saying yes again.. We shall see.

Ok not sure how to update the firmware on this XR6R receiver as the SBUS is not on a PWM. Help

To flash firmware to a RX6R use the cable that comes with the receiver. The white connector and the servo connector version is the correct cable. The port to flash to is the S-port not the Sbus. Sbus is an output only.
