Unable to calibrate Archer SR8 Pro

Trying to get an Archer SR8 Pro receiver working with an X9D+2019 running OpenTX v2.3.15 and having issues here.
After registering, binding and mapping all of the channels and setting up the gyro gain curve, I go to enable the stabilization functions using the script from FrSky's website: https://www.frsky-rc.com/lua-script/ which I have put into a folder inside of the SD card under SCRIPTS/TOOLS and two weird things happen.
Here is my screen inside of the folder:

When I execute FrSky STAB RX.lua to enable the stabilizer functions, I get this.
The loading bar fills to right where is is in the picture, hangs and starts disappearing and re appearing in 5 second intervals, it does not fill any more. I am unable to change the wing or mounting type:

Executing the STAB RX Cali.lua script, it starts okay, but I can't progress any further than this. Pressing the enter button does nothing and I have made sure to keep the receiver absolutely still for several seconds:

Does anyone know what is going on here??
