Trouble binding SR10 Pro Rx

I've got latest firmware on an X18. Can't bind SR10 Pro (NIB). Can register but nothing occurs when trying to bind... Haven't been able to crack the code on this. Tried updating firmware but can't get the STK to handshake with Rx. I'ce been scouring youtube and interwebs for knowledge.

Try burning the receiver through the radio. Put the file on an SD Card and burn it through the smart port.
Make sure the pinout on the STK matches the Receivers smart port pinout. I have seen some differences in some receivers.
