Hi, I'm new to the world of FrSky, having just purchased an X9 Lite S from Aloft, and a G-RX6 from another shop (Aloft was out of stock). I've spent a fair amount of time trying to find an answer to the following question with no luck.
Not knowing if the firmware on the G-RX6 is ACCESS or ACCST (I understand it could be either), I tried two methods to bind it. a.) using ACCESS protocol for the internal RF on the transmitter, i tried to register it by following the instructions, but it opens up that window and says "waiting" forever, so unsuccessful. b.) I selected ACCST D16 as internal RF protocol on the transmitter, and try to bind the receiver that way. Still no success. When done, powering up the receiver shows only the red flashing led. no green.
Any guidance would be most appreciated. In case it's helpful the attached pic shows some info on the radio firmware. So far I've not upgraded any software, firmware, or anything at all on either the transmitter or receiver. They are as they were when shipped. Thank you.
