Hello all
Long story short, my G-rx6 is not working brand new I went to register for my F5k on X20 it would not register tried many times as I did the others the Bind bottom fell off. Since my f5k is rudderless I only need 4ch so I ordered an R4 and it is blinded, motor on ch3 all 1 ch1 elevator ch2 and ail2 ch4, this is where I get dumb, other than motor and 1 all nothing works I have switched servos to these 2 channels and all work (the servos) but nothing just motor and 1ail..first I need to assign ail2 to ch4 but it shows 1-5 for 2ail can't figure out why other than 2 ch nothing else work.
Thx
Ben

no i did not i though it did by it self, output screen shows 1-5 ail 2 elevator 3 throttle, so i replaced 5 to 4 but still only one ail moves motor on flap stick works, thats it.

Ok..so you need to set all 4. You need to set up your model so the transmitter knows there are no flaps, its going to probably assign a rudder, regardless. You can change that to an unused channel in the radio. Or, set it up as a V tail. Pay attention to the midel types. Each is a basic default layout.

Then, go into outputs, assign throttle to ch 1 (left gimbal up down)
Then on your right stick as aileron and elevator.

Then you have to tell the radio which channels are ailerons. It may ask if each aileron has its own channel, if not, then go into the mix screen and set up a mix to the right stick (left/right movement Using the two channels, there is a preset list and aileron will be on it. That tells the transmutter that both if those channels are ailerons.
Then, in the servo section, you can set the movement if each, reversing one servo if needed.

Right now, what is happening is the radio thinks your ailerons are on a reversing y lead to one channel. You have to tell it otherwise, where they are connected, and how you want them to act. Make sense?

Yes it makes sense, I will re do the model from bigginin and apply your setting.
Thank you for taking the time to help me.
Ben
