The new Website is now LIVE.

Raymond, not sure what happened, I'll check in th morning. I had thought they done the install for you. Wondering if they shipped the wrong radio.. Will find out for you!

Wayne , I wanted to place a new order but can't complete because of no payment options available.
Jure,

That is our old site, we have disabled it. The home page has a link to the new site, and there is a message in the header of every page. We are waiting for the DNS to publish on the internet and then the old site will be gone.
Here is the link to the new site:

Soon it should be our normal wed address.

Wayne,

I haven't ordered anything yet but the new site looks good. I like the refined search options. Now i have to come up with an excuse to buy some stuff.

My RC (Resistants to Change) factor a side, I’m starting to like the new site.

Is there a comparison function? I’d like to use one when looking at servo specs.

Konrad we may tackle that at a later date. For now we do not, but did play with some apps that allowed this, sadly they all had some issues.

Just a heads up for areas that are still under progress (and visible, unlike most aircraft): radio parts, and a few accessory categories (motor, esc, and servo accessories). If you see anything while filtering that doesn't look right, take a screenshot or just shoot us the product name and we'll check it out. We ended up around 2800 products entered and on average around 5 data points for each product, so we (me) likely make a few mistakes that we missed.

I was a little concerned over fedex seeming to be the more used delivery option, usps had always been great, but i got thursday's order in almost exactly 24 hours so that was great.
Ordered at 12:20pm and delivered to my house at 12:32pm the next day. not bad

Been a silent customer for some time now, Had to create a forum account finally just to say I love the new website!
Thank you very much.. It has been a big job for us and I will admit this has been a stressful week, but it seems to be going well. We have a lot of clean up work still to do, but it is great to see it all working well.

The products you ordered made the FedEx rates more attractive. If you had smaller items in the cart I'm sure USPS would have been higher on the list. It sorts them by price, offering the lowest priced options at the top. We watched you shipment closely as it was the first carbon order on the new site and it was a perfect hit, your ship quote was exactly what we paid. This is a vast improvement over our old site that could never do that.

Sadly people may not love these accurate shipping quotes on the carbon and balsa as small orders will cost a lot to ship. Pretty much they all start at $20 due to the box size and shipping surcharges for that size box. :( (When possible order the shorter lengths to avoid this issue.)

Already put the 10mm balsa to use. Lots and lots of sanding to get the rounded leading edge and thin trailing edge (not pictured), but this thick stuff is pretty awesome. The carbon got laminated in the horizontal stabilizer. I wanted it solid balsa to match the original pug twisty's tail feathers. Hand cut/shaped the outer shape and used the laser for the inner holes.

One of the better transitions that I've run in to. Nice job!
