WooHoo, we are excited and nervous to be launching the new web store.​

Please let us know if you run into any issues or see something odd. We do expect to find some things, and we are still polishing it up on the edges.

You may notice a number of items are missing, this does not mean they are gone, just not reactivated just yet for various reasons. We will be working on these, for the most part it is items that are out of stock, and we need to measure them for accurate shipping estimates.

I am aware of an issue we are sorting out, that is when buying a small mount of wood strips or carbon sticks the shipping may seem rather high. This is due to the large box these items must ship in. We may have a solution for this, but for now, we will be issuing refunds for any extra shipping expenses.

Overall you should find massively better filtering for finding the products, a good search, and lower shipping prices with very accurate shipping estimates. (Our old site would either over charge or under charge on shipping.)

We really hope you will like the new site.

The DNS change over will happen in a day or two. At that point you will no longer see the old store.

p.s. The system has your account details and order history, you just need to set up a new password using the same email as our old store.
 
I personally love the new "previous orders" update. Much more helpful to look thru old orders for what you ordered.
IE you can actually click on the items you have ordered.
 
I was having some issues checking out but i think its partly something with my google pay. What is your recommended payment since you dont have zell in the list?
 
I ran into that in testing also. I was able to avoid it if I wanted. Basically it is the Shopify payments option recognizing you and trying to force you into their payment method. I found it intrusive and ugly. I'll see what I can do to remove it.

You should have Zelle and Moneyorder/Check and even Paypal. Just got to get past the shopify thing..
 
Great. Also noticed that the sort settings within a category (e.g. ACCESS Rx's) are no longer remembered. The default sort seems to always revert to 'Manual' or 'Price Descending'.

BTW, you guys did it again: I ordered a few items early last Tuesday, and I got it this morning! Delivery in 3 days with standard USPS. It was delivered early enough that the AZ sun had not melted the Reese's chocolate yet!

Yes, we are polishing things like sort order. Pretty sure the site will store any preference you set for sort order for a given category, but it is not global when you change the sort order, it will only be for that category. We tend to set one of 3 sort orders, Manaual when we want to put things in a logical order, and either low$ to high$, or high to low depending on the product mix. This is one of those areas we all debate.

For a section like props I'd love it to sort them all in order of size, but with soo many props it would be a large job to manually set them all. so we just sort them by price. Oddly enough we have had debates over product sorting.. In the end we have tried to use a lot of filtering to help people narrow in on what they are after. Let the computer do the work. For example, you need an ESC that can handle 30 amps, adjust the filters and cut down on the products to consider.

OK - Well the first business day with the site went pretty well. Seems the payment gateways are working and people are able to get their orders in, etc. I'm switching over the DNS, so the new site should start popping up automatically for folks in a few hours to a few days. Woohoo!
 
I had noticed the miniq was not showing up so i did a search for miniq and it gave me a page of electronics and no plane, but not one world on those product pages said miniq.
 
never mind i see now that without putting it like "miniq" and instead searching for miniq its searching for parts of the world, ie mini, and thats why the electronics are showing up.
 
A lot of the airplanes are missing from the new site. They were out of stock, and we need some weights and dimensions added before we put them back up. Actually still a fair amount of products to clean up.

We should be able to improve the search results for the mini q pretty soon.
 
Wayne , I wanted to place a new order but can't complete because of no payment options available.

Sent customer service request past weekend regarding a new Horus X10s TX I ordered with extra paid to have open Tx installed. Arrived with Ethos installed instead. Is customer service backed up due to the web update? Or did my request get deleted?
