Just a quick pic of an F5 Ultimate 1:1 scale model I'm doing.
Admiring the European love for very large incredibly expensive scale models, loving the need for large trailers, envious of the endless transport problems, smiling at the severe launch difficulties etc, I'm going one better.
This is it. The F5 at 1:1 scale.
Just like the orginal in every way...what a model...what a project...what a load of old...
Now I just need a couple of 1:1 scale J85-GE-21C turbojet engines to finish it off, oh and a 1:1 scale pilot. - So if you happen have a couple of spare 1:1 scale engines knocking about in your garage, or any mummified bodies of grandparents etc that can be used as pilot figures (Mummified is lighter) please contact me.

Yep, this one is interesting as it flew too close to a Magnetar and got stretched.
Its an Fffffffff Fivvvvvve Trainer. You should see the training pilot, he's 7'6" now.
BIG INTEREST IN THIS MODEL FROM GERMANY - DESPITE THE SMALL SIZE! Now I'm thinking of a 1.5:1 scale version especially for the European market.
Still looking for a mummy/pilot. C'mon guys, there must be some of you who have not seen Granddad for a few months? He's around somewhere collecting dust.
I have got to get this airframe out of my baskeball court!
