Here is a bit more work. I've joined all 6 panels. I've added the 1/32 plywood dihedral brace to the second break (the center brace is 1/16"). In an effort to minimize any stress risers I've fish mouthed the tip end of the brace. You might notice that there are no braces on the last panel dihedral break. I did a lap joint on the leading edge to try to get some fibers across this break. What you are seeing is my attempt to keep as much weight out of the tips as I can.
Got all the rough building of the wing finished. All I need to do is add the tips.(I think I'll go with an inverted Horner tip). Add glass over the dihedral joints and fine sand to prep for covering.
I'd like to point out a problem I see with all the Flinger and Tercel kits. That is that the stamping die for the ribs has an error. That is the rib TE of the rib does not meet with the thickness of the TE stock. Don't sand down the TE stock to meet the rib. Rather place the triangle rib brace high to allow for a smooth transition of the covering. And to fully support the TE of the rib against the pull of the covering.
I know, I know this is part of the modified 205 airfoil. (Not)!!!
Well, we had another F3F race so it looks like I have another 2 weeks of glass and paint repairs ahead of me!
Sorry, I see I forgot to post the naked wing. While I know about the stiffing diagonals offer, I really like getting real tactical feedback.
The intercostal really do stabilize (stiffen) the dihedral break!
Now I'd like to ask any of you aerodynamicist (amateur or professional) how does the bell shaped lift distribution work in allowing the dihedral to induce a roll from a yaw input.

Here I've added the wing tip. It is just a 3/8 piece of stock. I shaped it keeping the basic idea of what a Hoerner style wing tip is trying to do. You might recal that at the tip I've placed an inverted airfoil to try to add washout. I assume that in flight this airfoil will generate low pressure on the bottom resulting in the vortex trying to rotate in reverse.
