I have been unable to assign the 6 “Quick-Mode Custom Buttons” to any functions. I would like to use one set uf the buttons for the Channel 10 stabilization switch. Is there a unique process to assigning these switches?

This is quite straight forward. Example in Special function when assigning a switch all you need to do is press the switch you want to assign to that special function. The 6 switches are called LSW1 thru 6. Just tried it works fine on firmware version 2.1.11

How did it turn out? I can't figure out how to use the Tandem x20 quick-select custom buttons. There seems to be zero documentation in the instructions or the user manuel.

Henny, so there's nothing "Quick Select" about them? They're just 6 additional momentary buttons that can be assigned functions like the two on the back of the X20? Seems like there's more to it than that. For example, I've discovered that when you randomly push one of them down, it lights up. Then if you push a second one down, the light transfers to that button. But once you've pushed one of them down, you can't get all of them to go dark again. Am I right that there is no official detailed documentation anywhere from Frsky about how these Quick Select buttons are supposed to work?
Thanks,
Mark

You can set how those six buttons work - go to the model edit menu and scroll to bottom.
There you find an entry for the six button switch and you can change it to operate as two three button groups, momentary etc…

Thanks, I think I get it now. I had seen that "Function Switches" option at the bottom of the "Edit Model" section before, but had no idea what it referred to. So I set them all as momentary switches, and I see now that they are assigned as SF1 through SF6.
Appreciate the help!
Mark
