Day run the Sunset State Beach.

We love flying at Sunset, and we thought it would be fun to invite you all to join in. Just a simple day run. No idea how the weather will be this time of year, but one thing is for sure, if we don't set a date, we will never go. So this is the date. If fog or junky weather looks like it will be an issue, we will cancel the day before.

We have some fun planes and probably bring some bigger stuff that I would not normally fly during the camping event.

I’ve been flying at Sunset twice a week for the last 3 weeks, the wind has always been 4 to 6 more than the forecast. But you never know …

Sunset is an efficient slope. It converts the wind into usable lift pretty darn well.

I wish. This isn't a flying machine unfortunately, but it helps make them. It's a CNC hot wire cutter.

Red - Let us know pretty soon if you are coming and want to transfer the CNC. Will take some logistics for us to get it going and loaded into a vehicle.
