Glider-minded folk: If you want to know what's really happening as the air passes over your glider wings? Take a look at this Black Bellied Tern. Its feather pattern follows the actual path of the air, and it sure as heck ain't straight. Dayum...Spanwise flow...It's taken 200,000 years to get this Guy's feathers perfectly arranged like this.

Whale oil beef hooked - as the Irish are prone to say...you got it, Jonty, though not EXACTLY for the same reason.

Now, if you take a peek along the trailing edge of your model, you might notice another funny thing about that wing.
