Viator maiden flight went great! Need a really calm day to fine tune it but caught a bunch of thermals and had to come down because I was getting tired of standing and looking up... 
I 3d printed a wing spar for it as it had a wood one that was home made and didn't fit very well. It worked great. Also amazing this 3+ meter plane fits in this small box. Lol

i have not heard of that glider. Is it a common one?

Thanks. I dont think its very common. There is a thread on rcgroups about them but unfortunately the designer/manufacturer passed away last year so there wont be anymore made.Very nice

Been working off and on with the Kobuz since I did the maiden flight. Corrected a few issues and one of them was I needed to enlarge the main wheel cutout a little bit. It had some tape on the belly from a previous hard landing that broke the main wheel mount and scratched up the belly pretty bad on the pavement at Crows Landing.
I needed to remove the tape to enlarge the wheel cutout and figured I would fill in and paint the belly while I had all the tape off. Took some filler and a few coats of high build primer but were just about ready for color.
Did a wet sand on the last coat tonight and its looking pretty good. Planning on doing a white stripe down the belly so I dont have to try and match any colors and it will look good enough with the scheme. After thats done, Ill add a layer of clear abrasion tape to help with any more scuffs.
Unfortunately I didnt think to take any before pictures but here are a few in progress pics.

The Flightpoint "Brah". It's been burning a hole in my closet for a while. Not as excited about it as I was when I first got it, but it's a fun build and maybe it'll surprise me in flight.
I got the idea for the pink things from here, their model is here. I wanted to try something a little different. It works OK but needs some tweaks.

Got the Kobuz painted today. Im happy with how it turned out. Its not perfect but you cant see any of the scratches or gouges that were there before.
