Servo recommendations

I'm assembling a composite 3m aerobatic glider (Fox) and could use some servo recommendations. My background is F3A, but I've been away from RC for a few years and the brands are changing. Priorities are good centering and quality, but I don't want to spend money for specs/features I don't need. Radio is Frsky (Access.)

In particular, there's 1 stab-mounted elevator servo (8-9mm) that I'm not sure what to get - my first thought is to get the lightest servo that meets my needs to save weight balancing the nose, but then I wonder if it's worth a few extra grams to have better speed and power. I guess I'm not sure what's really enough torque. The Ail and Fla servos can be the same, or can be a few grams more.

A couple servos I was looking at are KST DS145, X08H+, X10 mini, and MKS 6120 and similar. I don't know which brand is better, or how they compare against JR/Futaba.

Thank you.

I decided I'm going to use KST X10 and X12 series. I think the larger gear train is more advantageous than saving a few grams over X08, and I feel better using something that's been out a little while versus the brand-new MKS 6120.
