Sbus via programming port for TD series Tx

I want all my pins to be used to drive servos! buy a 12ch Rx and only get 11 usable pins if you want to use Sbus for external sensors.
Seems I saw something that indicated that a future patch would enable using the programming port like the older Pro series Rx.
Rumor/ wishful thinking or something that is planned?

No sure you understand the difference between SBUS being an output and S-port for external sensors.

Ok you got me, I would like to see the Sport functionality returned to the programing port like the Pro receivers so I can use all 12 sets of pins to drive servos.

Could be the small connector called upgrade / Ain2. Next to the switch port on the TD R12?
