Samuri for Repair or Parts

Yotaman1985

Hey Everybody,

Have a custom made Samuri that unfortunately didnt make it past the maiden flight in my hands. I bought it used so I dont know how the tail conversion was done but it has a custom made full flying stab setup and was a wingeron. I never got the elevator working well enough and against my better judgement, I threw it off the slope anyways. It came up short during landing and nosed into the hill side.

Cracked the fuse in a few places and bent the wing control linkage and wing rod but that should be able to be straitened out. Wings came out un damaged but have some nicks from being flown.

I had planned to repair it and epoxy the stab in place to make it a full pitcheron but never got around to it and no longer have the interest to repair it.

Its a heavy bird coming in at 60oz RTF when I did the maiden. I was told by the previous owner that the wings are from a Rotor and its a Samuri fuse.

Flew well while it was in the air and was fast.

Feel free to reach out with any questions. Happy to provide more photos if needed. Open to offers as well. Its just sitting on a shelf so I would rather it get repaired before I toss it and salvage some parts. Can bring to Sunset here in a few weeks too. Sorry but no shipping

You will love making repairs to a Kevlar fuselage. Uggh.

Do a little build thread on it.
