purchased an S6R from you some time ago. I believe it is one of the early ones produced. I just now am getting around to trying to use in an airplane
This thing is unreliable and I can't update it or communicate with it via the STK. When I try it out with my Horus X12S it sometimes works but most of the time it doesn't. I am using OpenTX 2.2.1 and the latest SD update V2.20013 in the Horus.
If it is working and I try the self check than iusually doesn't work afterwords. Sometimes it freezes up when try the calibration sequence it using the Horus calibration file sequence.
When I try to update it or run the configuration software and open the S6R via the STK I get this message:" This serial port is not found or occupied or state change failed !
This serial port driver shows to be working by the Device Manager.
I get the same notice with two different computers. One of them is Running Windows 10 and one is running Windows XP.

I even tried to use a FCU and SPC and get the same message.
Can anyone tell me what to do?
Am I doing something wrong?

Since I wrote this I have found out that the FrSky software will not work if a com port is assigned a number above 9.
So since i changed this now the config soft ware seams communicate with the S6R to work but I can't tell because the S6R only kind of works.
I still have not gotten the S6R to update using the STK. So I don't know is the software in the S6R is corrupted or the S6R is just a bummer or if I am really just missing something like the com port numbers.
I need help.
