Receiver compatibility for Airtronics 2.4 FHHS

Hello all, I'm new to the forum and I am looking at buying the Twin x14 or Tandem x18 radio. I currently have an Airtronics SD10G 2.4 radio that I can no longer get parts for to replace a broken antenna. Are the modules I see used to make the Frysky radios compatible with other brands of receivers? Hate to have to replace a dozen receivers. Thanks.
