Realflight 9.5 question

Last month I purchased Realflight 9.5.

Took a bit to get my transmitter to work with it. Trial and error.
I use a Horus X1S and a XSR-SIM dongle. The controller that works is the DX1. Connects and works fine. Well when I figured out most of the settings. I have learned as much about my radio as anything.

One thing I can not get to work for the life of me so far is to reset the sim from my transmitter. The channel monitors in my Tx show the switch to be working. I am using the trainer switch. But the controller never responds to the switch, never detects it. I have it set on channel 15. I have gone back thru the settings and the manual but can't find where I got channel 15 from.

Is the rest supposed to be on channel 15.

Any one have know how to to rest the sim from the Tx?

I will say the sim has pushed my skill levels up. A crash doesn't cost me a bunch of time and money, so I am free to push beyond what I normally would.

I do not know if the reset is on channel 15, but if it is, and that is not working, make sure you have the transmitter setup to output 15 channels, by default when you bind I think it is setup for 8 channels. Just a small setting change to make.

Thanks Wayne. I just double checked and ch1-16 are enabled. I can see ch15 react in the monitor.

I am going to temporally assigning the trainer switch to a different channel from 8-16 one at a time. At this point it has me stumped.
