RB-20 red light only, no servo response?

Hey all,
I have an old RB-20 I'm trying to setup with two XR4 Rx's running the UNI firmware (thanks for developing that!)
Anyway, I can bind the receivers to my taranis but the RB-20's LED remains RED and no servo functions work. I do get internal telemetry but
the RB 20 does not recognize the Vario or Airspeed sensor and the LED remains RED.
I updated the firmware on the RB-20. It was pulled from a working model.
What am I doing wrong??

Just tested servo control by pluggin directly into the XR4...no servo movement...hmmmm.
Maybe it's the receivers? Telemetry is working but no servo power. With the servo's plugged in you can tell they have no power
triple checked they are plugged in correctly

If the RB-20 LED stays red, it might not be detecting valid SBUS input—maybe double-check the wiring and ensure the RXs are actually sending SBUS out.
