R4 wiring to flight controllers

I am new to the R4 (and flight controllers), I have a Conscendo motor glider that I have ripped the Spektrum radios out of. (long ugly story). have moved onto all Frsky.
I have been playing with a Flitetest Aura 5 FC and an Archer GR8 and have it operational. Problem is there isn't a lot of room in the Conscendo.
I have a R4 that I'd like to hook up the Aura 5 but I am too much of a newbie to know which pins are required to support SBus from the R4 to the Aura.
The Aura has 3 pin header (a + a - and a (pie sign) which I guess is signal in). I find the + and - on the R4 header, but am confused about which other pin(s) I should use.
I have the 6 pin header connected to the R4. I am using the R4 as my only receiver in this setup.
This should be straight forward, but I don't want to 'brick' any of the gear.
Any help would be appreciated.

The manual that comes with the R4 is pretty clear. The white header connector has a pin called S-Bus out and the negative pin is all that is required to connect to your FC S-Bus input.
