Not sure what I did wrong, It will come on in bootloader, says it has new FW but wont come back on. I've heard of people having similar issue but can't find solution.

Thank you, that was it.
You are not the first, and will not be the last.
The first time we had a radio sent back for this issue, we turned it on and all was good. We went back and forth with the owner via email trying to figure out what the issue was, finally stumbling on the short press.
