Why are you waiting for the cards. Buy any brand name small capacity microsd card and then download the contents using companion.

because I've read a lot of problems with the downloads and i'm not just new to fpv but also sitting down to the computer as well so the card would be one less thing to mess up

I just checked and I do not see a confirmation of shipment from our supplier yet. Afraid it will be at least another week before we have them back in stock.
