Power supplies for multiple receivers

My new marine project requires using 3 X8R receivers. One will be the primary control receiver, ie, rudder, ESC's, telemetry, ect. The other two will be strickly auxillary functions. My primary receiver will have a stand alone power supply. The auxillary receivers will receive power from the primary drive batteries. All auxillary functions will share a ground path and the primary batteries will share ground as well.
My question is: is it safe to share the ground of the primary receiver with the ground of the auxillary ground loop?
Thanks

Seems like there might be a joke in there.

Is there an advantage to sharing grounds in this situation?
