Overwriting a channel in Ethos?

Guys, I need some help from the experienced community.
I am trying to automate a motor reverse in an airplane and cannot find a way to do that. Back in the day, we had an SF "overwrite" that would allow me to do that, but I cannot find a way to do this in Ethos.
I have an LS to let me know that the plane has landed. With this condition, I need to bring the throttle to -100%, switch the reverse channel, and throttle up to -50% for 5 seconds.
Can someone give me some idea on how to achieve that, please?

I am trying to understand your needs here, let me know if my understanding is correct. Your throttle normally goes from (-100,100) and after landing you want to be able to flip a switch to go to reverse mode and then have the throttle spool up to -50 for 5 seconds and shut back down?

You are 99% correct. The only difference between our descriptions is that the switch you mentioned is a Logic Switch, which I already have defined and tested.

Does the ESC you are using have a reversing lead. ESC's that can be reversed normally have a second lead to allow the ESC to rotate in the opposite direction by using a switch..

I am out of the country and don't have a radio with me so I can't create an example for you, but I think if you check out the article from Mike Shellim, it will give you what you need. Your setup will be simpler as you only need to drive one channel.

Yes, it has. I have been using it by using a mechanical switch as a control, but now I want to automatize the operation.

Thank you I will follow your lead. One way or another I will learn something else. The process requires a timed sequence and that makes it a little complicated.

Genial!!!. I accidentally run into Mike's site before, searching for how to manage flight modes, but I didn't realize the magnitude of his work on Ethos. Fantastic information there. Outstanding! Thanks a lot for driving me back there.
