Pretty much any decent photo/paint app would work. In terms of free programs, GIMP and PhotoGIMP come to mind as being pretty good on features. There’s also Canva but I haven’t tried it.

Thanks Doc, the Mobius Action Cam excels at picking up/amplifying wind noise, so it sounds like it was really blowing but in reality, it was just moderate, probably 8+ mph maybe? She’s no floater but not a lead sled either.

Thanks - I should probably finish building my replacement Mid-Jet (Les Rudd design) that got sidetracked by the Alpina repair and this Obelix build. I was positive I was done losing Midjets but apparently not!

I made a couple of MidJets around 45 years ago or so.

Hah! I didn’t realize it’s been that long (about 41 years for me). Yep, great flying model - especially given the crude flat-bottom airfoil with the flat plate reflexed elevons. I really liked the fact that it could float with the Wanderers and Gentle Ladies but also fly in stormy conditions

Yes, I think it's one of those "got it right" designs that go great in most slope flying conditions - it honks with ballast, by the way.
