I just received my order. I ordered Thursday or Friday last week and had it by noon Monday. I was not sure where you ship from. When I got the shipping notice that it was coming from California I did not think it could get to me on the east coast near Philadelphia PA that fast but it did. It was a pleasure doing business with you and the product arrived nicely and carefully packed. I really like the kickstand for my X9D. Did not expect it to be so nice conisdering the price was pretty low. I'll be back now that I have found a good retailer who is familiar with OpenTX and Taranis.

We just do our best to make sure the shipments are easy for the postal service to work with. Most bigger shops will use a very discounted shipping method that guarantees the shipments will be slow. We tried this as an option briefly with warnings to our customers but picked up complaints right away so dropped it. Would you like to save $1 on a shipment if you knew it was going to add 1 week to the shipping time? That is more or less how that works. In the coming year we may try a new service that may be able to cut costs and shipping times. We shall see.

We will drop everything else to get orders filled as quick as possible. That has always been our top job here. We may suck at marketing and answering the phones, but we stay on top of the shipping! In the end we consider that a much more important goal.
