I've just maiden my newest design and build! I used WingHelper for the wing, devFus for the fuselage, and devCad for final edits and creating the needed CAM (gcode) files for my CNC. This time it was an AT-6 Texan with a 55 inch wingspan. It was loosely based on the old Jemco kit. I used ParkFlyerPlastics for the fake engine and canopy. Unfortunately, this build came out heavier than I would have liked. The final weight is 4 lbs, 12 oz. While not disgusting, it's not the lightweight, easy flyer I hoped for. It still needs tweaking and some CG work, but it's now flying. It uses an electric power system and a 4S battery. About 650 watts.
I still like WingHelper a lot. The WingHelper design file is attached if you want to see what I did.
