Hi All,
I lucked into a NIB Multiplex Blizzard and I've mostly finished assembling it. I've been agonizing over the electronics for a while. I'd like to configure the plane to be close to "max speed" without entering insane territory and causing the plane fail due to excess speed / flutter.
I don't have any experience with this airframe, but it is a foamy after all, so I'm guessing 120mph give or take is close to the upper bound. Wanted to check with the experts over here.
Can anyone tell me a good motor, esc, voltage combo for this plane? Got the plane for a very good price, so budget is not an issue. Also, I am willing to buy new batteries if needed just for this plane.
I prefer to fly hotliner style (brief bursts of violent motor power, then glide) vs pylon style, but I'll fly this plane however it wants to be flown.
Thanks!!
