Possible on my good ole Xd9 plus? Pre 2019 radio running open tx 2.22.

It was.. FrSky had a number of temp sensors over the years. Most recently the RPM sensor came with 2 heat sensor ports as I recall. But now, not sure what options you might have.

I'll double check, but think these went extinct a while ago. Hmnm, looks like they are available again..? I'll try to order some in.

Thanks Wayne. i have one of the extinct ( or reanimated lol) i got from AH many moons ago. Looks like i could daisy chain to get up to two cylinders per sensor unit? if so, keep me posted on when you get some in.
