Looking for space near Novato for Aloft Hobbies

Figured it can't hurt to spread the word. We have 1 year left at our current location and I'd love to find a better setup for us. If you happen to know of any farmers in the area that might have an old out building and a field we can fly from, I'm VERY interested. The dream would be to take an old barn or similar and convert that into the shop, and host a flying club at the same site.

I know it is a pipe dream, but you never know. Maybe you know someone that knows someone..? We would be happy to invest heavily into the space.

Dream B is to sell the house and buy a big property for the house and Aloft, but that would not be in Novato area due to prices and probably not be a very happy wife.

Dream C would be to buy a junky building near Novato with a horrible interest rate and forget about the flying site. :( (We have looked at a couple.)

Buy a hangar at Sonoma Skypark, keep the Glastar in the corner so you have the aviation part covered. You can fly when there are no planes in the pattern. Next best option find a warehouse on 8th street near the airport. Should only be a 20 minute commute against the Hwy 37 traffic.

Not a horrible idea. I do love Skypark. Before we moved to our current location we looked at renting the second biggest hangar at the San Rafael Airport, but it needed major work, hand a tendency to flood and the owners were fearful of the weight of a fully loaded deliver truck might sink into the asphalt. Would have been fun, and my Glastar at the time was in a hangar there. LOL

The land that houses Liberty RC Field in Petaluma is for sale.. Was looking at a map view of the property and noticed the runway.

p.s. The Glastar is for sale.
