Link / Instructions to update new X20 tx and mpm

I'm an old futaba guy and new to Frsky and Ethos. I purchased a new X20 and ix4r 2.4 module. Is there a link for procedure/ instructions on updating both? I'm not sure of a few things, including whether the module should be installed before or after a tx update.

AFAIK the module updates should come from here: https://www.multi-module.org/using-the-module/firmware-updates/firmware-files and are independent from the main radio firmware.
