just bought a x20s from aloft and i need to know if the gimbal stick ends are adjustable/replaceable? i'm not happy with the length.

Yes, you can adjust the sticks height, replace the stick end with another style, you can rotate the gimbal axis on that radio, you can modify the tension and centering, etc. Those gimbals will do about everything but blend you a smoothie.
Normally the stick are in the shortest position. You can use a metric allen key into the top of the stick end and loosen the set screw, you can then adjust the height and retighten the set screw.
